[SM-Users] Hey! Stable 0.9 Released!

So Stable 0.9 is released branches in git [0] are there and tarballs
[1] should be uploading as I type. Checkout the stable 0.9 release
page for major issues [2]. Thanks to everyone who helped out and for
everyone's work doing testing and such.

Yeah users should really be using the non-versioned tarball of stable
for updating that's an easier way. Sorry I assumed people knew about
that.
