[SM-Users] Stable and stable-rc tarballs

Thanks to George Sherwood (p3pilot) for catching this.

I recently updated the stable-0.17 and stable-rc-0.18 tarballs from an
older machine and did not check (my bad!) what version the script was
set to. Alas, it was 0.13 for both!

Please check what version is set
in /var/lib/sorcery/codex/stable{,-rc}/VERSION and, if it is 0.13, wait
for six hours then update. I am uploading corrected tarballs now.
