Hear ye, hear ye

As there was no competition for sorcery lead it befalls our current lead
Jaka 'lynxlynxlynx' Kranjc

As for tome lead I announce a vote for one
David 'dkowis' Kowis as the only seconded and accepted nominee.

A quick rundown:
* send votes to ruskie+vote at codemages.net
* Lead Developers MUST cast a vote.
* General Developers MAY cast a vote.
* Atleast 50% of Lead Developers must vote for a valid vote
* He needs to get a simple majority(50% of all votes)

Further info:
http://www.sourcemage.org/SourceMage/Voting_Policy

And don't forget. All votes must be signed by a PGP key that is listed
on the keysigning page

http://www.sourcemage.org/SourceMage/Keysigning

If it's not there verify it with one of the leads and put it there.

Vote commences:
2009-09-29 18:00:00 and ends
2009-10-06 18:00:00

Don't forget: the future is now. It's just not widely distributed yet.
